Red First Aid Medical Kit MOLLE Pouch Review
So for those of you who do not know what MOLLE stands for, it is Modular Light Load-carrying Equipment. It was conceived to be able to carry the most essential supplies in the smallest form factors and with the least amount of weight. I first came across this term when I was in the military, serving in the Army, and overseas when in Desert Storm/Desert Shield.
I received this first aid kit for review from Medical Gear Outfitters, and was not compensated in any other way for my opinions and observations. Over the past 23 years of being a Paramedic, having the essential supplies at hand for any emergency is very important. With this First Aid Kit, you can be ready! I do love that the company is owned by a Paramedic, and items that he carries, are ones he would use himself.
The first thing I noticed about it when I picked it up, was how durable it felt, it truly seemed that with the way it was made, the quality of the zipper pulls, and the straps that it was ready to take a beating and still not fall apart.

Great bag for Austere Medicine or K-9 Medicine when deployed for natural or man-made disasters around the world with USAR-3 or DMAT-1
It would be! Thanks for your comment! Tom.
This sounds really nice, thank you for your review.
This looks like just what we need to keep handy at home and when traveling.
This looks perfect to take with you on trips, etc. I have two young grandkids and this looks like something I would use
It is. Perfect for any little emergency that would pop up!
This would be a nice size for camping trips
It is. Fits nice in the back of my Xterra too.
Nice setup! Similar to what I carry in my vehicle. Like all the color options. Would still most likely get it in red for ‘go bag’.
Saw your give-away on fb and needed to leave a comment on a blog, hope this is sufficient. Love your reviews though.
Hi Autumn, this is my website, the Facebook page is just an extension of this page. Minus a few giveaways everything stems from here. My articles from here always get posted there. I always want people to be active here on the site mainly. Good luck!
Like it in red for duty
Wow I really like this one and need it for my car. I love that it has so much in it to include bee sting items.
I was pleasantly surprised by what was in it too. An all-around great medical kit. Thanks so much for your comment. Tom.
LOOKING GOOD
Ok.
As a Paramedic, I think everyone should have one of these close by at all times. This looks like a great kit, small but all critical components are inside. very much like what I keep in each one of my vehicles. Perfect for anyone.
The medical kit seems complete with all the important accessories required in emergency. I really liked it, I think one should keep it nearby always.
I was a paramedic over 30 years and back in the “stone age” we used these giant boxes that were similar to a TV Repairman’s tool box…made out of wood, laminated and they were heavy and bulky and not very durable. As the years passed they finally started using nylon style back packs. An improvement, but you had to unzip multiple compartments to access what you needed and you always ended up trashing them and then having to completely rebuild them after serious. calls. After view this MOLLE pouch I have to say from the pictures alone, this is exactly what today’s Paramedic, let anyone else needs to have to be prepared. LOVE to have one!
When I first started as an EMT, we had the large Plastic fold out cases….thanks for your comment, and trip down memory lane! Good luck! Tom.
This is a great thing to have, especially with my family. I like the fact that it is light weight and can be carried in my car.
