While I shared an article yesterday about having to leave Fifth Third Bank after 11 years, you can find that article here. , one thing that came out of it was meeting someone who sincerely and genuinely cared that they were losing me as a customer. Her name was Melissa Hanna, and she is a Financial Service Representative at the local Fifth Third Bank Branch where I used to bank at, up until yesterday.
So why am I writing an article about someone at a Bank where I am no longer a customer? because they deserve it. Not only did she show professionalism, she showed concern, and did everything she could think of to try and keep me as a customer. While in the end it was the entity of the bank itself that lost me, I would easily see myself using her services if I was a customer, or if I ever return as a patron again.
In addition to being able to help you set up your personal accounts, business accounts, savings and CD’s, she would be able to assist you with all types of loans, personal loans, car/boat, home loans, lines of credit, she would be able to help arrange all of that for you if you need help. While I would love to still be a customer, for those looking for financial services, I highly recommend you give her a chance to meet your goals, and obtain your objectives in meeting your financial needs.
So while it was sad to leave, thank you Melissa Hanna for making my day! Thank you for being nice, pleasant, wonderful to talk to, with a great demeanor, and who carries herself well.
