Is having a world with 20/20 vision such a bad thing?

Can working together now help solve those with blindness, or keep those from going blind actually work?  Studies show that if you were to spend almost a 1/10th now to help fix it, it would avoid 10x that in costs associated with helping those who do become blind because of lack of help.  Interesting thoughts, interesting ideas, I think as a whole the nation doesn’t do enough to spend now to fix things, lets them go and then it costs more down the road.  Pro-activeness would be a good thing sometimes!  Enjoy the article, comment if you would like!  Thanks for reading, Tom.
