Thanks to Forbes, and being reported by Military.com this is a list of the top 10 companies that hire veterans with priority based on expertise, and experience. I am very happy for a surge of companies like this to stand up and recognize what has been given by our Veterans and the importance they can bring to the workforce.
I wish when I got back from Desert Storm/Desert Shield that the number of companies like this existed as I think the transition from Military to Civilian life would have been so much easier. But I am thankful even now that our Veterans have an opportunity to shine once again, and feel integrated and not cast aside. I think there is much we need to do to facilitate how our veterans integrate into society after ending the military career. We should take better care of them and facilitate better services. Thank you for posting.
I agree. There has never been much support. I even find it hard to find what I need now and days too.
