Firefighters Don’t! – a wonderful children’s book written by the wife of a Firefighter

It is always refreshing to be able to share products and ideas from Paramedics, Firefighters, and other Safety Forces.  I wanted to share a wonderful children’s book coming out on March 25th, called “Firefighters Don’t!” written by Maria Childs, the wife of a firefighter.

Maria explains:

Colin Ryan is a very adventurous young boy with a special love for firefighters! He thinks they have fun all day long! A trip to the local fire station teaches Colin about the responsibilities of firefighters. He leaves with a new appreciation of his heroes.

Firefighters Don’t! was illustrated by Craig Forster, a talented career firefighter/paramedic. Craig hid many special images throughout his illustrations. Look closely at the pictures and see if you can find all the names, places, symbols and special years.
