I do have some things done but you can never be too prepared esp with these earthquakes so frequently!
Thanks for the giveaway…have the basics at home, but we need a basic First Aid Kit for our car !
Always Prepared! You never know when something bad is going to happen.
I don’t have something portable to carry in my car, this would be great !!!
We are not prepared for an emergency.
I am semi prepared. Have very basics like bandaids, bandages, rubbing alcohol etc.
I THINK I AM AND I HOPE WHEN AND IF TIME EVER COMES THAT I AM .. MY KIDS ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS SO I ALWAYS HAVE SEVERAL EPIPENS ON HAND : ) THANKS FOR GIVEAWAY
I am not prepared, but want to be. I need a first aid kit in the house because my grandchildren are here a lot.
If I only need a band-aid I am all set but I am sure I could do a lot better
I have most of the basics, but it’s far from complete.
Yes i have quite a bit of medical supplies in 2 places in the house that would help with bleeding, ice pack at ready, ace bandages & other asst things ready in case.
Sadly I am not prepared for a emergency.
No! I really need some help with this! I would call for help!
I need to prepare! I’m not.
I think I am prepared!!!
we are prepared for emergencies
I have a CPR certification and basic first aid training thanks to the Red Cross.
We are working on it now, mostly my fiance is putting together kits for home and car. Having a kid makes you re-asses everything, including preparedness!
I would love to win this for my family,
probably not prepared for an emergency
I hope I am! I do have all of the basics in my bugoutbag. But I suppose you never really know if you are prepared until shtf!
I have a few things, but certainly can stand to be better prepaired.
always outdoors,,,really need this
I am working on being prepared by reading blogs and watching Youtube videos and slowly picking up supplies.
No. I actually need emergency kits.
I have a partial emergency supply box in our tornado shelter in case of natural disaster and a small first aid kit, but you can never be fully prepared. But each day I get a little more, including water batteries, and contacts.
As a professional….I would love this on hand!!!,
I think we are somewhat prepared. We live in an area that get bad weather at times, so we have an box that contains emergency items. This prize would make a great addition. Thanks for the chance to win.
Good luck, thanks for entering!
No but it is something that I do need to prepare for.
I am not prepared for an emergency like I should be.
i usually have a first aid kit ready, but I am currently COMPLETELY out of bandages.
love to win
I’m prepared for an E.Q. emergency by stocking food and water, but I have yet to assemble a first aid kit.
Hope to win!
Yes, I am prepared for an emergency with some medicines and utility knife
The Camo one would match my kids diper bag.
I have the very basic supplies, need to prepare further…
I’m prepared for small emergencies, but I’m still working on the larger scale stuff. My med bag is seriously lacking right now so this would help a lot.
No we have been talking that we need to get some things
Prepping the best I can with the money I have ….Water and some food to start….Flashlights and protected Matches and candles 🙂
If I win I will be prepared, thanks for the chance.
I am not prepared 🙁 Thats why I am hoping to win this!
I have some of the basics but still need a lot more stuff for my car emergency kit. I hope I win this one.
Thanks for your post Heather, and good luck!
I am prepared for minor injuries, but not for serious emergencies.
Very worried about my husband and adult children not being prepared enough when they go hiking, backpacking and camping. They are always worried about weight when backpacking and I am trying to cram everything in from the medicine cabinet and they are unpacking as fast as I can stuff it in their packs! I’m a mom so I’m trying to think of every possible thing that can go wrong, but what do you really, really need to have on a week long backpacking trip in high altitude?
Well, something like this would cover basic needs. In High Altitude it just depends, if anyone has asthma, breathing is going to be an issue as the air gets thinner as we climb higher. Having Ibuprofen will be good for aches and pains, but everything else in the kit would be essential for the cuts and scrapes.
I am probably not as prepared as I could be. I have candles and batteries and flashlights and some first aid supplies but really need more. I don’t have enough water on hand or emergency food. I want to build a 3-month supply of canned goods but as yet, have not done it.
Sounds like a start to a great plan though!
No I’m not prepared, but I want to be.
This would look good in jeep.
Yes it would, but better in an Xterra! <--that's what I have! :-) Tom. Good luck!
I feel decently prepared but could definitely do better!
While I have a first aid kit in my car, it is basically empty at this point. I never think about restocking it.
I try to, we have the basics. This would be helpful.
Always have a medical kit in my vehicle, being a volunteer firefighter/emt and a wilderness ems responder. Also make sure you have some type of back up communications as well, also a compass and gps.
I’m going to EMT school and can really use this!
I would have to answer that I am somewhat prepared for an emergency with supplies. I definitely could add to and be more prepared.
FF/EMT. Medic in training. Love it. I believe I could survive in emergency settings. I just am not prepared for it and have no supplies. Worth a shot!
No we are not prepared for an emergency. 🙁
I have firstaid training since 2001, but I don’t have a first aid kit to use in an emergency! Really could use one!
I have a pretty good emergency kit that contains a wide variety of bandages and tape. I have a take a Red Cross first aid class so I think I pretty prepared in case an emergency happens
No I am not really ready for a emergencey.
Well, lets help you change that!
I don’t have basic stuff for emergency.
As a mother of three daughters (now grown) I have learned much of what I needed to know – just in case. More recently, as I’ve become involved in animal rescue, I’ve also had to start learning emergency first aid for dealing with animals. I know I still have much to learn, but am sure I’d be able to keep my cool and take care of what I need to in most emergencies. Of course, there’s always room for improvement. I also know that I need to better organize our first aid items at our home, and this would really help.
Good luck! Thanks so much for your comment, and entering. Tom.
I do not have the necessary equipment for an emergency. My son is a Paramedic, so I am very aware of how intense life gets out of the blue. Thanks for the opportunity to enter this giveaway! Nice blog too!
Thank you Kyle, I appreciate your comments. Good luck!
I am not well prepared. I had a first aid kit made, but since have used all the materials and now have like 2 band-aids. Quick Clot would be GREAT to have, as I am on blood thinners and always at greater risk of bleeding.
I’d like to think that I am prepared for emergencies, but you can never be too prepared 🙂
