So on my new mission, I am going to try and take a men’s multi-vitamin each day, and take some of the Vitamin B-12 and the Omega-3 Fish Oil as well.   I already feel that it is helping, and while it might take a few weeks for it to really kick in, I am hoping to make this a part of my daily health.
