I was a Paramedic for 24 years, and on paper I still am. When I created A Medic’s World, my hope was to get a chance to review unique and creative items like this, and now I am. I received this one from Wow Toys for the purpose of this review, but all opinions are my own.
All my life I have been collecting ambulances, whether they be wood, plastic, die-cast, Lego, you name it I collect them. And while I can now say this will be in my collection I want to talk about how wonderful it would be for any child growing up to have something like this.
While growing up I did have some interactive toys like my Tonka Metal Firetruck but nothing quite like the Robin’s Medical Rescue from Wow Toys. The large design of the toy, plus all the attention to detail is why your little one would want to play with something like this. I think growing up we all dream of being something, I actually dreamed of being a Paramedic as early as being 7 years old. Toys like this help us grasp our future dreams and allow us to role-play what it would be like.
Wow Toys did a great job putting this one together, they have a whole line of great interactive toys like this, but obviously this one is closest to my heart. While it is designed to be played with by those 1 1/2 Years of Age to 5 years old, again for me, there is the collectible side of it for those of us that just have to have every ambulance.
So what’s in the box?
1x Motorised ambulance called Robin and Nina the paramedic
1x Mother figure called Pearl & 1x Boy figure called Sandy
1x Removable stretcher &1x Removable wheelchair
Not needing any batteries, and with a moving X-ray feature, opening doors, a movable stretcher, play figures and interactive sounds you can’t go wrong with a toy or (collectible) like this one.
So if you are looking for something that is fun, yet educational, and might just inspire a future Paramedic in them, then this is definitely a toy to be had. My grandson is a little too young for this, but I can definitely see this in his future. He loves when Aunt Carol pulls out her stethoscope, and with a toy like this, he could learn more about it! Thanks! (BTW, you should post a pic of all your ambulances lol)

How special this Robins Medical rescue unit is this looks so complete and I even like that you have patients to work on, I think a toy likes this would definitely help plant a seed of what I want to be when I grow up in a child. Love this

I love that toy. The details on and inside the ambulance are amazing and so life like. I am going to have to get one of these for my grandson. He will love it and I think with all the detail and the people he can make all kinds of stories up about this toy. It would be a great tool for a daycare so when they have community helper week they could use this toy in their curriculum.

This toy ambulance is the most accurate toy of its kind that I’ve ever seen. My grandkids would love this. My granddaughter loves Doc McStuffins on Disney, so she would understand what this is about. I love the wheelchair. Such a fun, interactivevtoy!!

Love the Robin’s Medical Rescue Toy. Can be for boy or girl and glad it’s not cheesy but has a motorized ambulance and everything you need for treating little one’s patients.
