I have always said to myself, that I need to take better care of my body, and find ways to decrease pain, increase energy, and just make me feel better in general.  Omega-3 Fish Oil is one of the best, and safest things you can take to reap the benefits of what it offers the body.

Safety:
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a know medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. This product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish.

I try to do better by my body, and I use the keyword “try”.  We all say that we want to improve who we are, and how we function in life, and here is an easy daily supplement that can provide you benefits like:

With each serving (2 Caps) you are getting 2000mg of Fish Oil with 1400mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids.  That is 3-4 times more than you get with many other brands.  Why settle for getting less than what you are supposed to get, with other brands, and just stick with Dr. Tobias Omega-3 Fish Oil instead?

Ingredients
Only the finest fish oil available are used for Dr. Tobias Omega 3: Wild Sardines, Herring, Makarel, and Salmon. The fish oil is then purified with one of the best purification methods that exist, called Molecular Distillation. Molecular Distillation is the one of the few current methods that can remove heavy metals, PCB’s and other toxins to below detectable limits for human consumption! Other Ingredients: Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, food glaze, purified water, Vitamin E, HPMC and enteric coating. Allergen Warning: Contains fish (sardines), and soy.

I plan to keep up with the daily recommended amount, and see what the results will be after 30 days or so and do a follow up post, or share on Social Media.  The only downside I have found so far is that, I do seem to experience a little bit of an after taste.  Now this will probably vary per person, but after awhile it goes away, and I don’t think about it anymore.  Even though I was given this product to review, my opinions are mine, and I feel obligated to share anything that I found out of the norm.
