Presently I take a fish oil and a vitamin d3 supplement as my dr. recommends. I’ve been considering expanding to include fiber and a probiotic, but then I’ll be up to like $80/mo in vitamins. It seems silly.

I have tried several different vitamins and none of them really sit well with me, or they require so many throughout the day that I never get in the full dose. I’d like to try the SmartyPants brand!

I do not take a multivitamin. So no, I don’t feel like I am getting all that I need nutrition-wise. I would hope that taking a multivitamin would help me with my energy level somewhat by upping the levels of the nutrients in which I am deficient.

I currently take iron and Biotin which was recommended to me by a coworker. I am not sure if it is enough or of I should be taking a multivitamin.

No I do not. I take other supplements due to losing my thyroid to cancer so according to my Dr I really don’t need to take one only if I choose to.
