With the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Season in full bloom, have you took a few moments to take time and think about what you are thankful for? I wanted to share my thoughts with all of you below. Also, because I appreciate all of my readers, I am giving away a $25 Macy’s Gift Card to use for the holidays, and maybe allow you to get something for someone that you are thankful for.
So what am I at A Medic’s World thankful for?
- My wife Michelle. I have been married to her for 13 years, and she is not only my wife, but my truest best friend.
- My career as a Paramedic. I served 24 years as an EMT and Paramedic to countless individuals in my lifetime.
- Being a Veteran. I proudly served my Country for 5 years on Active Duty, and served in Desert Storm/Shield. I also served 1 1/2 years with the national guard.
- Family. Having people who care about me and give me reasons to enjoy life are important.
- My Blog. A Medic’s World. I appreciate people who want to be part of this site, and enjoy the reviews, articles and giveaways that I bring to everyone.
As bloggers, we come together and try to engage our fans, our community, and people in a way that brings information, knowledge, and excitement to those who want to learn more about who we are, and what we enjoy.
Are you ready for a chance to win a $25 Macy’s Gift Card? Great. The giveaway is open to residents of the US, 18 years of age or older. Ends 12/15 at 11:59pm EST. I’m thankful for the people in my life. I do not have much family left and the only ones I do have left are my son and my sister and she lives over 2000 miles away. So I am thankful for my son and her. I’m also thankful for my very best friends who are like my family, I truly do not know what I would do without them. I’m also thankful for my job. Without it I wouldn’t be able to survive. When you don’t have family around to depend on you have to depend on yourself. I’m also thankful for my health.
