DOVE Channel
Family viewing just got a whole lot safer with the recent debut of Dove Channel, the new direct-to-consumer over-the-top (OTT) digital streaming subscription service. A partnership between leading independent content distribution company Cinedigm Corp and The Dove Foundation™, Dove Channel is a subscription service available on mobile devices and smart TVs offering a vast library of handpicked family-friendly, faith-based and kids’ programming, with the assurance of safety and quality control at the viewer’s fingertips.
A subscription-based offering at $4.99 per month, the programming can be viewed across a broad spectrum of connected devices including Roku® Players and Roku TV™ models, Android and Mac iOS, Samsung Smart TV, the web, and mobile and tablet devices. Additionally, the channel can be viewed on multiple devices within each family.
Dove Channel carries out the purpose and investment that has been made for many years by The Dove Foundation™ to show credibility and trust for families nationwide. An obvious curator of faith and family content, The Dove Foundation™ is a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging the entertainment industry to create, produce and distribute more movies and television shows that are appropriate for family viewing. Each month, hundreds of thousands of visitors rely on The Dove Foundation™ for up-to-date reviews of movies, TV shows, DVDs and books. Hand-in-hand with this philosophy, the foundation is also committed to helping the public easily identify family-friendly entertainment, encouraging them to show their support for this approved content. An offering is the logical extension of this philosophy.
The Dove Channel gives you choices of safe programming for different age groups, including ways to search for stuff that is friendly for the whole family. With shows like Highway to Heaven, Baby Geniuses, Little Rascals, and Fraggle Rock, these are just a few of the entertainment options your family has in order to choose from. I am glad to see Dove take this and offer families a chance to have safe and clean options for children of all ages, and adults alike.

With our antennae TV we don’t get much channels to choose from. My sister told me about the Dove Channel. It would be so nice to watch wholesome shows and movies. What a wonderful giveaway! Thanks so much for offering it. I know it will be a blessing to someone.

I had not heard of it before. It sounds perfect for me, and with the ChromeStick I could watch it in my bedroom. I am old and unwell so I spend a great deal of time there, and I would love to have a decent and encouraging choice to view.

I had truthfully never heard of the Dove Channel. It’s so awesome that they offer programs like Fraggle Rock and others that are all family friendly. I’m so happy to hear that someone has figured out a way to exclusively offer shows that don’t include profanity, nudity or violence.

I can see some showes I would watch on the dove channel.Although I think my mother would enjoy it more.It might be good edition to her Netflix.
Jim Lipscomb says
My wife watches way more TV than I do. I think a faith based offering has it’s appeal because there is no need to cull through shows to be certain it’s appropriate for my daughter. Unless they show those rapture shows, I don’t care to show that to kids ever. I used to think I had been left behind every time my parents were late getting home after watching a rapture movie. I never should have stole that gum.

I have not heard of the Dove channel before. Based on the description of it being a family friendly channel, I think it is something my kids and I would watch on our own and as a family. I am glad to see the Dove channel offering wholesome viewing choices.
