Okay, growing up as a kid I have always loved Batman. From the comics I read, to the TV shows, and in my later years all the movies, Batman has always been part of my life.
I think I liked him so much, because he really had no real superpowers. He had a sharp mind, taught himself to fight, got all the training he needed to do what he does, and created his Batman related gadgets to help take down the bad guys.
He stood for justice, and sought to take down those who were destructive, and hurting others. Batman was a symbol and represented what all of us really wanted to be, and that was a hero.
