Let’s talk about what happens after you decide to enroll with UnitedHealthcare or are already a member of it for your health care needs. What next? Find out below and have a chance to win a $100 Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card right here on Tom’s Take On Things, or one of the weekly $100 or $500 monthly prizes that UnitedHealthcare offers as well.
Having a health care plan and knowing what to do with it are two different things. You might think you are ready to know what you have, but unless you explore online, call, or contact your provider to find out what your plan covers then your homework is not done.
Now that you have your health care plan from UnitedHealthcare or are considering switching, you should have an informative site like the one they offer that describes the different ways to access health care via Quick Care Centers, Urgent Care, your own physician, the emergency room, or the 24-hour nurse hotline.
In addition to those resources, you can find out prescription drug coverage, in and out of network costs, and get estimates on procedures like hip replacements to childbirth.
I know for myself that I would love to have all the information available to me if I was to have a health care plan. Often times people can’t get the answers they need or are not offered the resources that UnitedHealthcare offers.
The fun games that you can play on their website, described below allow you to not only enter for prizes that UnitedHealthcare is giving away but if you complete the 3 entries via the giveaway widget below, you can enter to win a $100 Bed Bad & Beyond Gift Card right here on Tom’s Take On Things.
The video below explains it better than I ever could, so check it out:
