I make sure to encourage our family to wash their hands frequently. It is the best way, I think, to combat germs. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.
I watch my nephews after they get out of school, so it’s all but impossible to avoid germs, lol. I try to wash my hands several times a day & if I feel something coming on I’ll reach for Vitamin C.
The hand washing is HUGE in our home. i also stock up on elderberry. We take it at first sign in hopes that it helps.
We make sure we wash our hands often. We also try to eat better and get plenty of rest.
I wash my hands often and cook with LOTS of garlic.
lots of hand washing
I make sure that I get my flu shot. Also, I take vitamins.
I spray everything with Lysol and use hand sanitizers.
I wash my hands several times a day and encourage the rest of my family to do the same..
I clean with alcohol and always have my home made sanitizer with me for our hands
How do you combat germs during cold & flu season?
lots of mouthwash
We have been lucky and my family is mostly healthy. Normally, it’s just a case of making sure everyone washes their hands frequently and making sure to cover their mouths when they cough (and wash hands immediately). I do use antibacterial cleaner on surfaces that tend to be touched by everyone. Of course, eating healthy foods and making sure everyone takes extra vitamins during the winter months can help, too.
I clean with Clorox and use Purell on my hands.
We do a lot of hand washing during the winter months. THank you
