For most of us, our lives have been restricted in some way with the Coronavirus hitting our world. Movie Theaters and Entertainment Centers have closed, some malls as well. One constant through all of this is that we have to eat. With shortages of certain items in various areas, more now than ever, having places to get food is important.
Mission BBQ is one of my favorite places to eat. I simply love the brisket there and my belly loves the corn bread too. I love the mission they have with helping the military, veterans, and first responders like police officers, fire fighters, and paramedics.
In addition to being a veteran of the U.S. Army, I was a Paramedic for 24 years. I served in Desert Storm and as a Paramedic I worked for E.R.’s, an ICU, and of course in an Ambulance. The Mission BBQ in Parma, Ohio even has a patch of my time with Cleveland EMS. See that below.
