[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″ fade_animation=”in” fade_animation_offset=”45px”][text_output]I simply love the show Doctor Who, I was not always a fan, and call myself a late bloomer when it comes to him, but after catching an episode of it on BBC America, I found that addiction set in, and it was time to play catch up from there. Once I leaned how long Doctor Who has been on, and how many Doctors we have been through, boy did they have me hooked, and its easy to see why, engaging plot stories, wonderful supporting cast, awesome locations, and let’s not forget the man behind the show “The Doctor” each one has added a something unique to the character, and he is forever growing. 
The new “Doctor Who” will be played by Peter Capaldi, and it looks like they have found someone that can truly carry on the character as it deserves to be played. So looking forward to it.
It starts on August 24th, at 8 ET/7 CT and I for one can’t wait to see it! Are you a fan? Are you a Whovian? If not, give it a try, if you don’t like it, fine. You know, I grew up I the 70s, when there was no cable, lol, so I never saw Dr. Who! Only after we got BBCAmerica did I get to see it. I enjoy it, but I lack the fanatical love of the childhood fans, ha!

I swear I haven’t been living under a rock and I do love BBC and their shows but I haven’t seen this one. Not sure what the plot line is about, but I will def check it out the next time I can just to see for myself. Thanks for the heads up!
I’m with you. I never heard of Dr. Who until I came across a meme about it on Facebook. I love Sci-fi and I love British shows, so I searched it out and found out that Netflix had nearly all of the series. I started watching, and binge watched the entire thing. I love adventure and travel (I followed my best friend/husband all over the world and through many crazy adventures and miss him and them badly now that he is gone.) and I fell in love with Dr. Who. I’d go with him in a hot second. 😉
