I never thought I would get to say this in my lifetime, but I finally met a pair of socks I enjoy wearing. I originally saw Bombas on ABC’s Shark Tank. I thought to myself, could they be as good as they are making them sound, so I said “what the heck” and contacted them about doing a review.
So they sent me a couple of pairs of socks, and one of the first things I thought was, they are going to be like any other pair of socks I put on, and I was going to be disappointed. Guess what? I wasn’t disappointed at all. Except for the occasional time I have ever needed to wear dark socks, they have always been either military socks, plain white socks, or the sports socks with the stitched toe. Basically, I have never really enjoyed wearing socks on my feet.
That has changed. Drastically mind you. It was amazing putting them on for the first time, you can feel the craftsmanship in the sock as you put it on, you can feel it support the toes before it even rolled up over my ankle, once over the ankle you felt the durability again in the heel, and then the complete support you felt when they were completely on. Now I am sure we all have different opinions on what feels good, and right for ourselves, and up to this point I was a pretty big Sock Snob all my life till this review.
They have socks for Men, Women, and Kids, and sell them in multi-packs as well. With the quaility in which they are made with, and the variety they have, I am sure you will find a pair you will enjoy, or a loved one will enjoy without a problem.
So let’s talk about colors. Wow. They do stand out. In this case that’s a good thing. I have to admit, I never thought I could wear socks with such zany colors as these have, but they have truly grown on me, and I find myself wanting to look more stylish these days, so why not? right?
So what we have are a very comfortable, stylish and unique pair of socks. The other thing that Bombas has going for them? For every pair of socks you buy, they donate a pair to someone in need. These sound so nice. I have a hard time finding socks that feel just right. I will give these a try.
I really do like mine still. And again, I am not a sock person.
These look amazing! I am picky about my socks too, it’s hard to find quality socks that fit well. I don’t mind the fun colors, too!
I personally don’t like bright colorful socks. I do like comfortable socks though. That sounds like an odd word to use for socks. But, I have a pair and I feel like I’m walking with slippers on.
