iBlazr Flash Gadget in White or Black

I simply love gadgets.  I love being able to take on reviews like this because of how unique some of the items I get are.  In this case, we are talking about the iBlazr Flash Gadget from iBlazr.  I received one to review for my website, and it will be used for the purpose of this review, all opinions are my own.

So what is it?  It is a gadget that plugs into the headphone jack on your smartphone, whether it be an iPhone/iPad/iPod, or a Android Phone, or even the Windows Phone, it synchronizes with all of them.  I used mine on my Samsung S4 Android Smartphone, and will share with you what I found out.

With the use of 4 high-end LED lights, the iBlazr allows you to use apps designed for either the Windows Phone, Android or iOS that will help you enhance not only your picture taking, but also your night time video recording as well.  Had a chance to meet your favorite Rock Star or Celebrity? and they are allowing you to record some pics and video while it is dark or night time out?  Never fear the outcome of them ever again with this portable flash, that has 3 different intensity settings for any situation.

The iBlazr has its own built in battery, that when charged completely, can take up to 500 pictures before needing charged again.  It comes with a few accessories to make life a little easier as well.  It has a USB charging cable to charge your iBlazr for when the battery is getting low, by holding the top button in, you can see how much charge it has by how many LED lights come on, after you hold the button.  It also has a light diffuser that covers the LED lights, in case you want to try some soft light picture taking, especially helpful with portrait pictures.  One of the coolest items it comes with is a Cold Shoe Mount that you can use the iBlazr with DSLR cameras as a flash as well, now how cool is that, and all for the same price! It wouldn’t be complete without a little carrying bag, to keep everything together.

So what are my final thoughts?  For $49.99 for the basic black or white version, or a little more for the aluminum grade casing you get a practical and unique gadget that can work with almost any smartphone, and can also be used with DSLR cameras as well.  I loved the results I was getting with mine, and you can grab yours here for yourself, or a gift idea for someone who could use something like this for their device.   Check them out on Facebook and Twitter as well.
