Not yet into vitamins; we eat a lot of backyard vegetables.

My children take certain individual supplements now, but not a multivitamin. I’ve been searching for the “right” one for quite some time now!

No, my three kids don’t take multivitamins, and I think they have been fine so far. But all three tend to be picky eaters, so it it sure wouldn’t hurt to have them covered on that end of things. I would hope that they might have shinier hair if they take them–sort of like dogs do when you give them vitamins 🙂
Gina says
My kids do not take vitamins. I try to get them to eat enough of each food group.
Katrina says
My kids take vitamins and omega 3 separate, and my youngest is super picky about his supplements. At one point he was anemic and I couldn’t get him to take the iron for anything! I do think my kids get enough nutrition from their food, but I believe in vitamins to fill the gap!
