We used to cook beef ribs. First cut off a lot of the fat, all but most of it. Then wrap them in aluminum foil with a little bit of water and put them on the grill for 45 min. This steams(cooks) the ribs, it makes them tender. After you do this put them straight on the grill and cook them until they are cooked through. About 5 minutes before taking them off cover them with your favorite bar

I love doing hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill. For the hamburgers I use onion soup mic and make the hamburger puppies, for the hotdogs I put garlic salt on them, before grilling. I add BBQ sauce later if anyone wants it.

I really love to make good ‘old grilled bbq chicken. I let is soak in sweet baby rays for a little while the grill is firing up. I cook some corn on the cob with it, its delicious. I bet these sauces would be really good on the grill!

i love grill bbq chicken… i also like grilling potatos and carrots wrapped in foil with some butter garlic and onions and its yummy !!

I can’t think of anything that I -don’t- like BBQ’d! 🙂 I don’t do the cooking myself, but I help by standing there and praising how good it smells lol 🙂 Stuff gets seasoned, then thrown on the bbq 🙂 Usually, we sauce it after it comes off the grill — IF we sauce it 🙂

I don’t know exactly how to make them but grilled chicken breast that my husband makes, I know he uses limes. The grilling is really his thing. I can grill a good hot dog lol.

We love to BBQ ribs. We have a GREAT recipes using sorghum syrup which we marinade them in and BBQ on low. They not only melt in your mouth but are delicious! !

My favorite thing to cook on the grill is spare ribs. I vary the seasoning and sauce depending on what i have on hand but always like to go low and slow. When they are almost cooked to perfection I turn up the heat to caramelize the sauce and get a bit of char.
