I usually get Firehouse Subs “fully involved” and just leave off the mustard. I think that is lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, mayo, and….I’m forgetting something. 🙂
My favorite toppings to put on top of a sub sandwich is lettuce, onions,black olives, peppers, salt, pepper,and Oil and Vinegar
I love the meatball sub with marinara, parmesan cheese, a dash of salt, and some oregano.

Hmm, I like subs that are similar to cheesesteaks. I might top them with lots of sauteed onions, –& add tomato, green peppers or pickles. I’m pretty typical, I guess.
