One thing about Cleveland, in line with its rabid fans for teams like the Browns, is that we love our Food Show here. This is one of those event weekends, that you will see large crowds of people coming together at the I-X Center for one thing, to see some of the best Chef’s, Food Celebrities, Food Network Personalities, and the showcase item food.
In addition to the Live Demonstrations, the Autograph Signings, and the hundreds of vendors. You have opportunities to taste food, try samples of sauces, dips, and spices, you can try ice cream, pastries, and breads, cheeses and jams. It is all in a magical place called the Fabulous Food Show.
If food is not your thing, and I can’t believe I just typed that, there is also one of the best wine tasting sections you will find in one place, wines representing all sections of the world.
Tickets go on sale Friday August 10th, at 10am. My wife and me will both be there again this year, and we are going to see Anne Burrell this time around.
