This is a follow-up article to my Springhill Suites in Bolingbrook, Illinois Review and all I can say is, this is why we choose Marriott as our premiere place to stay when we travel. I was able to discuss my review with Marriott International, and I truly felt like a cherished customer. They thanked me for my review and allowed me to get in contact with the Hotel Manager where we stayed. We discussed the slight issues we had, and I was more than pleased with the attention, and professionalism of not only the Hotel Manager, but the Marriott International brand in how they handled, and supported my wife and I, in our stays. Getting in touch with Jordan at Bolingbrook Springhill Suites by Marriott was nice, and a refreshing change to not getting support from other companies and places we have stayed. This is why we choose Marriott Properties. So my heart goes out to everyone for making us feel like a customer, not a number. Thank you to all the staff that made this possible, and I look forward to our next Marriott stay in October, back at Courtyard of Niagara Falls, celebrating our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. I too have had the same experience with Marriot Hotels. We have used them pretty exclusively for the last 10 years. I like it when you can count on a brand from location to location.

I love Marriott as well. I’ve traveled a lot, in the U.S. and overseas and Marriott has never let me down.
