Do you sometimes feel in life that you have painted yourself into a corner? Do you feel like I should have thought about that a little better, and had some better planning? What is it about being painted into that corner that is so foreboding? Is it the thought that there might not be an escape, is it the feeling of why did we let ourselves get there to start with? Metaphorically speaking do you wait for the paint to dry and then figure out how to get out of the situation you are in, or do you walk right over everything, and say I am going to start over?
When you feel this way, what are the best ways to handle it? Do you sit there and feel sorry for yourself that you are stuck? or do you come out kicking butt, taking names, and fighting? Not sure here, trying to find a balance. Sometimes I wonder if we should just take the licks and learn our lesson, or say “forget that” lets not try to paint ourselves there again once we start over.
So what do you do, or what are your thoughts?
