My wife loves the movie, The Princess Bride. A classic funny movie, that she can watch over and over. I bought her a replica of the original script used for the movie that she simply adores. So this game would be perfect for any fan of the movie like my wife.
Game play is very simple in The Princess Bride: Prepare to Die! Party Game The judge of the round (this position rotates) lays down a “My name is . . . ” card. It could be Abraham Lincoln, Bilbo Baggins, Wil Wheaton, or a number of other famous and/or beloved people. Everyone then selects the “Prepare to die!” card from their hand which they think is the funniest combination. There are so many reasons your adversaries should prepare (from stealing mushrooms to drinking milkshakes), that you’ll be peeing yourself with glee with each and every round. The judge picks a winner, points are awarded, a new judge is decreed, and the next round of The Princess Bride: Prepare to Die! Party Game begins. Just be careful if you play this with Sicilians (especially if death’s on the line).
