Have you had a chance to check out the new Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles yet? They are fully-cooked sausage pieces that you just heat up and serve. It’s so easy for weeknight dinners.
I would make some shredded hash brown potatoes with melted cheese and the sausage crumbles. We already do that with cooked bacon, crumbled into the hash browns, yummy! Also we take sausage links, and cut them in small pieces to add to the hash browns and cheese. Now with crumbles, it might make it so much easier to pull off!
Our friends at Drugstore Divas used the crumbles to create a Stuffed Eggplant recipe (click that link to check it out).
What would you make? Let me know in the comments to be entered to win a $50 Target or Walmart gift card.
This giveaway starts now and ends at 11:59pm EST on April 4, 2014. You must be a US resident who is 18 or older to enter.
