All things considered, life gives us ways to better ourselves, and be able to take supplements or vitamins that might give us, or our body in this case, the edge it needs. For most, finding the right one, or combination of them is the key to success.
So what can we learn from a product like that of Dr. Tobias Omega-3 Fish Oil? Let’s find out together.
- Those who are Pregnant, expecting to get pregnant, or at least contemplating it can benefit from Omega-3 Fish Oil. “DHA, commonly found in fatty fish and readily available in fish oil capsules, has more widespread benefits than the other essential pregnancy nutrients” that women are taking before, and during pregnancy, but overlooking the benefits of what DHA can do during this time. Find out more information here.
- Helping enhance our mood and possibly helping decrease Depression. “One major study of nearly 22,000 people showed that those who regularly consumed cod liver oil, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, were about 30 percent less likely to have symptoms of depression than those who did not. This Norwegian research also found that the longer the participants took cod liver oil, the less likely they were to have high levels of depression.” Other studies have been shown to help alleviate symptoms in several stages of depression and mood changes, you can read more about those here.
- Omega-3 and Joint Health. Trust me, this is where I become sort of an expert on needing the right balance to help alleviate some of the symptoms I have. In October of 1998, I had a 4000 pound van fall on me during a rescue call as a Paramedic. While I did come back a year later from that horrific night, things were never really the same ever again. Over the years, my joints have constant pain, and are always in need of relief. Find out more information here, on how Omega-3 Fish Oil can benefit joints.
- Researchers found that both dyslexic children and adults were deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. So it may be possible that taking Omega-3 Fatty Acids may help some of those symptoms not be as severe. You can read more here.
- Helping with Symptoms of ADHD – “A comprehensive review led by researcher Michael Bloch at Yale University examined evidence from 10 trials involving 699 children with ADHD and found that supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids modestly improved ADHD symptoms.” I for one as a Paramedic, and as a friend to those who have had it, or have had kids that have had it would love to see if drugs like Ritalin could easily be avoided. Check out some more information here.
- Now what was I going to write next? Oh that’s right, Omega-3 Fish Oil can help boost memory performance. So if you are someone who occasionally like me, forgets a few things, maybe Omega-3 Fish Oil from Dr. Tobias might be able to help you too. This is just not happening in the elderly either, find out more information here.
So who is this Dr. Tobias anyways? Well, he has the basic belief that his work in medicine has “fueled my desire to promote health and happiness to all people, because I had learned that many ailments could be avoided with good nutrition and an active lifestyle”.
