Multiple Sclerosis affects millions of people, including our loved ones, families, friends and co-workers. That’s why my sister-in-law Lisa registered for Bike MS. Bike MS is a ride (not a race) that brings us together to make a difference and each mile we ride brings us closer to a world free of MS.
About MS
My sister-in-law is asking you to support her in Bike MS because this cause is meaningful to her. Multiple Sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling, disease of the central nervous system that interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms, which range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.
Please support my Sister-in-Law and MS!
Your gift helps support cutting-edge research and programs and services for everyone impacted by MS. Ending MS means no one will hear the words “You have MS” ever again. Every dollar counts!
My wife and I donated $50 through Tom’s Take On Things, to help support this cause. She will be riding August 6th and 7th. She will be riding both days! A total of 150 miles! 75 miles out the first day, and 75 miles back. It is an amazing feat she has done for a few years now, and I hope that you can maybe donate what you can to help reach her goal, and help MS at the same time.
